Life Jacket Type
Under the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) system, personal flotation devices are classified as Type I Offshore, Type II Near-Shore, Type III Flotation Aid, Type IV Throwable, and Type V Special-Use. For everyday recreation and watersports, Type III wearables are the most common—prioritizing comfort and mobility. Highrun Sports delivers reliable, comfortable, and durable water-safety solutions built around different Type usage. Our adult life vests use inherently buoyant foam, ergonomic cuts, and tough neoprene/nylon shells for all-day paddling, SUP, waterskiing, and small-craft boating. We support OEM/ODM with size runs, branding, and rich color options—from classic tones to high-visibility oranges/limes, as well as custom colorways (including Pantone matching) to fit your market. We offer adult life jackets and children’s swim aids (float suits and swim vests) to build water confidence under adult supervision. Both adult and kids lines can be produced in coordinated colorways for team programs, retailers, and seasonal assortments.

Patterning & Sample (3–7 days)
We create patterns/plates and build a pre-production sample in 3–7 days for fit and branding approval; sample fees are refundable once the bulk order exceeds MOQ.
Order Confirmation & Schedule
Confirm quantities (MOQ 300), align the production calendar, sign the contract, and place a 30% deposit to start manufacturing.
Production, QA & Delivery
We share in-process updates and photos, complete making/packing, provide the logistics tracking number, and gather feedback after receipt.
