1. Preparation before wearing    

   Check clothing: Confirm that the structure of the surfing suit is intact, without damage, and that the zipper and other components are intact.    

   Adjust posture: Before putting on the surfing suit, lean forward slightly to facilitate subsequent operations.    

2. Wearing method    

   Thread into clothing: Insert the surfing suit over the head, ensuring that all parts of the body are wrapped inside the clothing.    

   Adjust zipper: Find the zipper head, gently press it with your fingertips and slide it down slowly until it is fully pulled up.    

3. Unloading method    

   Find the zipper head: Insert one hand into the clothes and touch the zipper head.    

   Open the zipper: Use the fingertips of the other hand to gently press down on the zipper head, then slide it slowly downwards, gradually increasing the force until it is completely opened.    

   Remove clothing: Gently remove the surfing suit from the body, being careful not to apply too much force to avoid damaging the clothing.    

4. Cleaning method    

   Timely cleaning: After surfing, it is necessary to clean the surfing clothes as soon as possible to avoid overnight growth of mold and bacteria.    

5. Use cold water: Rinse the surface of the surfing suit with cold or slightly warm water to remove sand and dirt, and avoid using hot water to protect the elasticity of the clothing.    

6. Maintenance methods    

   Drying method: Lay the surfing suit flat in a well ventilated area and let it dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight and using hot air to blow dry, in order to maintain the color and fabric properties of the clothing.
