Q1: What  is your minimum quantity for the order?    

A: For the stock item, there is no MOQ, you can buyany piece with our wholesale price; For the OEM order, The MOQ is 100pcs/design/color. If you want to order less, there will be extra handling charge. The policy may change, so you'd  betternegotiate with our sales.   

Q2: Can I put my design logo on the items?    

A: Sure, we can put your logo on our designs orany items. We can make the logo by heat transfer, screen printing and so on, we just need the vector Al logo File .   

Q3: How to get a sample?    

A: Contact our salesdirectly, and tell them the item No and size, the PI will send to you forconfirmation. If need custom sample, please send your design or pattern to our sales and ask for PI, the sample fee can be refunded after the mass production. 

Q4: What's the production lead time?    

A: Our products lead time is about 20-35 working days after the details confirmed and deposit received,depend on the order quantity and material.   

Q5: How do you control the product's quality?    

A: We have QA&QC department and all the products will be 100% checked before pack.And you can send your QC Team or ask the 3rd party to  inspect the  products  before we ship.    

Q6: How long to deliver the products?    

A: For the stock items, it will be within 5 work days. For the custom items, sample is 10-15 work day, mass production is 15-30 days according to your order quantity.

1. Storage precautions

   Folding and Hanging

   -Long term storage should be hung in a ventilated and dry place to avoid folding and compressing buoyancy blocks, which may cause material fatigue and cracking.

2. Environmental requirements

   -Stay away from chemicals such as mothballs and insecticides, and avoid contact with sharp objects or corrosive substances such as melting salts.

   -The recommended storage temperature is 10-25 ℃, with humidity ≤ 60%. Extreme temperature and humidity can accelerate material aging.

3. Special scenario handling

   -After soaking in seawater: Immediately rinse the inner and outer layers of the life jacket with fresh water to remove salt residue and avoid corroding metal buckles.

   -Oil contamination: Use leather cleaner to locally wipe to avoid large areas of immersion that may cause buoyancy materials to absorb water.

   -By standardizing cleaning and scientific maintenance, the service life of life jackets can be extended and their safety performance can be maintaine
